As we move through the book of Acts this summer, we will begin to pick up some pace in this last parts of the series.
This week, we’ll be in Acts 20 and look at the final address that Paul gives to his friends and family in the faith.
One thing that will shape our look at this section is that this is the first address in the book of Acts to a group of Christians. All of the other messages we have seen were directed towards outsiders.
As Paul give his final words, he’ll share some of the core things he hopes for the church…which are still relevant to us today.
Join us as we look at Acts 20. I look forward to worshipping with you!
::: Collect of The Week :::
Almighty God, the fountain of all wisdom, you know our necessities before we ask and our ignorance in asking: Have compassion on our weakness, and mercifully give us those things which for our unworthiness we dare not, and for our blindness we cannot ask; through the worthiness of your Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
